We operate in the field of mechanical and electronic drive technology. Our main area of competence is complete NORD DRIVESYSTEMS drive systems: geared motors, electric motors, industrial gear units and frequency inverters – in both centralised and decentralised versions.
We combine service knowledge with practical experience from production plants and logistics. The drive solutions we support operate in intralogistics, warehouses, the food industry, bakeries, mixing and bulk material transport lines, as well as cranes and hoists.
We gained our experience by regularly servicing production lines at companies such as Krajowa Grupa Spożywcza, ALUMETAL Nowa Sól, Cukrownia Pfeifer & Langen Polska and Modivo (eObuwie). Experience built in practice
Behind SPEC SERWIS stands more than a decade of work directly at the NORD drive manufacturer – as an assembler and service engineer responsible for the installation, commissioning and servicing of drives in various industrial sectors. Today we translate this experience into fast and accurate fault diagnoses, correct parts selection and optimal recommendations regarding the repair or replacement of a drive.
We work on the basis of current NORD quality standards and hold certification confirming our service competences. As a result, the customer receives technical support at manufacturer level – with the flexibility and response speed of a local partner.
Service, fault diagnosis and on-site support at the customer's premises
We specialise in comprehensive inspections and repairs of geared motors: from oil changes and the replacement of sealing elements, through modifications of electric motors and changes of the drive's installation position, to the installation and parameterisation of NORD frequency inverters.
We also offer services directly at the installation site:
- drive inventories and initial inspections of new or modernised lines,
- assessments of geared motor condition and removal of typical faults (oil leakage, brake problems),
- adjustment and modification of electromagnetic brakes, replacement of components,
- thermal imaging and endoscopic camera checks, and reading of NORD frequency inverter parameters.
The aim is to extend the service life of drives, ensure safe operation and reduce the risk of unplanned production downtime.
Fast access to original parts and components
One of our key advantages is direct access to original NORD spare parts thanks to the proximity of the production plant in Nowa Sól. In urgent mode we are able to organise the delivery of parts or a complete geared motor (up to 1000 kg) anywhere in Poland within as little as 24 hours – depending on availability from the manufacturer.
We complement drive servicing with a wide range of maintenance components, including:
- bearings (e.g. ball, self-aligning, tapered roller bearings) from renowned brands,
- rotary shaft seals and other sealing elements,
- greases, gear oils and automatic lubricators,
- anaerobic and cyanoacrylate adhesives, liquid seals, dust filters and moisture absorbers.
Thanks to this, the customer can order both geared motor servicing and all the critical accompanying parts in one place – from bearings to industrial chemicals.
