Delivery within Poland
We fulfil orders via trusted courier companies and logistics operators such as DPD, InPost, FedEx and DHL.
Available delivery options:
- courier to the specified address
- parcel lockers and collection points
- cash-on-delivery shipments (for selected methods)
Order fulfilment time
- the order fulfilment time is usually 1–5 working days, counted from the moment the payment is credited and the parts are available in the SPEC SERWIS or manufacturer's warehouse
- for cash-on-delivery payments – from the moment the order is confirmed
- the carrier's delivery time must be added to the fulfilment time
Delivery costs
- the delivery cost depends on the selected shipping method and the size of the order
- current delivery prices are presented at the order confirmation stage
International delivery
We also carry out international shipments within the European Union. The cost and delivery time are agreed individually, depending on the destination country and the selected carrier.
Shipment tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer receives an e-mail with the shipment number, allowing it to be tracked online on an ongoing basis.
